Our pilates classes offer exercises that are targeted to develop and strengthen the deep intrinsic muscles of the abdomen and spine all working to make your core, posture and full center of your body stronger and healthier. 

The instructor-led classes incorporate a resistance-based exercise machine called a “reformer.” Our typical Pilates class will work all major muscle groups while also working the smaller, intrinsic muscles that are almost impossible to focus on in a regular gym.
